MARK SKI

Mark Ski is a DJ/turntablist, producer, radio host and one of the founding DJ's of the Northampton, UK Hip-Hop scene.  He has DJ’d alongside and worked with a who’s who of artists from the worlds of Hip-Hop, Turntablism, Deep Funk, Acid Jazz and is the official DJ for rapper FFSYTHO?!

His music has been featured on 2DopeBoyz, Ego Trip, Huff Post, Hip-Hop DX, collaborating with a who’s who of the U.K. & U.S. independent Hip-Hop scene’s including Booda French, El Gant, Guilty Simpson, Homeboy Sandman, Jake Palumbo, J57, Rasheed Chappell & Chavez Sound’s own Ric Chavez, gaining airplay from the likes of Chuck D, DJ Premier, Bobba Fatt, The Allergies, DJ Eclipse & more.

Ski hosts his weekly Funk by Funk radio show on UK station Inspiration 107.8fm, in between his ongoing production work, scratch features, & DJ commitments, supporting artists including Grandmaster Flash, Jazzy Jeff, Krs-One, The Scratch Perverts, Pharoahe Monch, Ras Kass, The Brand New Heavies, DJ Yoda, The Pharcyde & more.
